RADIO AND TV I am a regular recording artist and have performed in numerous jingles. Over the years I have done various musical fillers for the South African broadcasting Corporation (TV) and have had numerous appearances in a number of music programmes on Radio. COMPACT DISCS - ENSEMBLE I feature as a session musician on the CDs of various South African artists like : Helena Hettema I feature as session musician and/or co-artist on CDs of : Daniele Pascal and “Parisette” COMPACT DISCS - DUO 2000 I have recorded four compact discs with Amarillie Ackermann, as our Duo 2000 unique combination. I have arranged my part of every work on each CD, and I play the MIDI Accordion on all four. The first two were finalists in the SAMA awards, and the 2 nd one was endorsed by SABC 2. I co-produced the 3 rd and 4 th CD and gained valuable experience in producing, over and above recording. The CDs are:
COMPACT DISCS - SOLO ACCORDION I have also released a CD in 2009 where I play solo accordion, together with full orchestra. It is called Continental Favourites.
DVD After a very long and successful association with Salon Music in Pretoria, I was invited to participate in the making of a DVD. It is called Celebration, and was launched to celebrate their 15 years of success. I am one of 19 SA artists who feature on this DVD, and who have all worked closely with Salon Music. My track is La Cumparsita.
